Thailand • Noodles as Hawker Food

This was some of the best broth we've ever tasted. The chicken, tender and the vegetables not
over cooked. All served from two carts (tire air optional) at the end of an alley not far from
Khao San Road.

Two carts, some plastic stools and tables,
deadly sauce caddies and you've got
yourself a business in Bangkok.
