Schwangau, Germany • Neuschwanstein Castle A
bit of history, here. The man responsible for all this splendor was a bit
off his game, if you know what I mean? He built many castles which now
supply tourism income to Bavaria, but at the time (mid 1800's), he was
squandering state monies on his image and his own living comfort. He was
deposed, after a fashion: He and his psychiatrist were found drowned in
three feet of water. Both were good swimmers and King Ludwig was about six
feet tall. |
